LEGO as vestibular therapy
You may have played with LEGO when you were younger. Possibly without it, the concentration on pieces, fit, construction, following instructions, or building from your imagination was all building and linking critical neurological functions in your brain.
Much of what was happening (but not all) was vestibular training.

Fast forward now to the present day. You have matured and so has the LEGO brand. LEGO is now offering many adult-worthy models to build, famous buildings, highly detailed model cars, and much more.
And there are many knock-off brands that are cheaper, and often quite good (I have personally had some great experiences with knock-off brands, but more often, terrible experiences with poor documentation and bad fit.

Your neurologist or neurophysiatrist might even agree that LEGO is a vestibular exercise for you and prescribe them for you. Your insurance will not pay for them, but if you can itemize medical expenses, your accountant can add them to your medical expenses provided he has your doctor's note.
